Property Owners and Tenants :
Upon Scheduling you must make it known if you are the home owner or renter. Whoever is making the appointment is responsible for all charges. Any personal agreements or disagreements between a tenant and property owner is to be kept between tenant and property owner. All property owners hold the right to book a service and upon arrive if instructed directly from property Owner tech does not need to communicate any additional information about services.
Cancelling and Rescheduling Appointments
We hold the right to reschedule any appointment due to rain for liability purposes. Many times the rain will damage equipment. We ensure we will reschedule any appointment as a top priority.
At this time we are still watching for our and our technicians safety We are following guidelines provided by the CDC and at this time we want to ensure no one is sick upon entering your home. we ask the same from you. if you or a family member have been exposed to Covid-19 let us us know immediately. We will have to re book you 25 days out and will not charge the rescheduling fee.
Costumers can reschedule appointments as needed up to two times after the 3rd time it will be a 30.00 service fee.
